I am looking for a mentor to help me understand some of the business, personal & technical requirements that would be neccesary to create a small game studio. I would like to use VR to create some scenarios for educational/demo purposes - for now I'm looking at UE4 and the vive.
Most of my questions surrounding how many employee's would be suitable in what roles and what kind of timeframe is feasible. Also what skills/experience to look for while hiring. Curious as to what kind of roles could be outsourced if the work quality and working pipeline can be maintained.
The concept is quite simple- a series of interactive conversations with some demonstrations.

Project will be in VR from first person not cinematic. A total of 20mins with 4 different characters in 4 different rooms. 90% of the conversation is a demonstration and so the audience interaction will be quite limited and basic (not interview format). For additional technical requirements to add eyetracking system for the vive so the character knows when to talk.
Be great if you would like to stay on as advisor and be open to answering beginner questions. I have film/camera/writing experience but no game development experience.
