I am looking for a professional RF / antenna engineer who can mentor me in practical antenna simulation and implementation workflows. I am an RF engineer myself in aerospace, but I have not used EM simulation tools deeply for some time, so I want to rebuild my antenna simulation skills from the ground up in a structured and professional way. My goal is not just to learn which buttons to press in HFSS/CST, but to understand the full engineering workflow: antenna requirements, antenna type selection, geometry, materials, ports, boundaries, mesh/convergence, S-parameters, radiation patterns, gain, efficiency, tuning, optimization, and final technical reporting.
