I need a complete design with test prototype units for an economical, antenna-integrated UHF RFID module that can reliably read any kind of UHF tag at 6–10 m, indoors or outdoors, while handling dense tag populations through anti-collision. Scope of work • Select a low-cost yet robust UHF chipset and design the matching network, power regulation and control interface around it. • Integrate a compact broadband antenna directly on the same board and tune the whole RF path so that the target read range is met without external tuning components. • Optimise firmware or register settings for fast anti-collision, EPC Gen2 compliance and low power consumption. • Provide a full package: schematic, PCB and antenna layout (Gerber/ODB++), BOM with sourcing notes, and test procedure showing how you verified 6–10 m performance on mixed materials. Acceptance criteria 1. 6–10 m consistent read distance in both indoor and outdoor tests. 2. Stable performance with mixed-material tags, including those mounted on metal. 3. Demonstrated anti-collision reading of at least 50 tags per second with <1 % error. 4. Freelancer must have access to tools like Vector Network Analyzer (VNA), Spectrum Analyzer, and adjustable power supply facility for testing performance at different power ranges. 5. Freelancer must have past experience working with RF chipsets, designing RF modules and antennas—not just using simulators. Feel free to suggest proven chipsets or antenna geometries you have worked with before; I’m open as long as the total BOM cost stays economical and the design remains antenna-integrated.
