As above but with the option of selling, they may list multiple properties in multiple countries which all need to be linked to their account.

Each has a resort code with 3-4 letters or numbers, if it is possible to import these details into the database from the sites, even better.
By entering a resort code I need a summary of results showing;
Ref number Week or season (i.e week 05 or Gold etc..) unit size as above asking price
I then need to be able to click on any one to show full vendor details page with notes and contact details.
To further link the three i need the following;
Auto match of purchaser/vendor with a “match button”. This should list all properties/vendors that meet the search criteria entered and provide results. I need the option to press “x” next to a property to remove it from the list. With the remaining list I need to generate report which needs to be placed within a word document or pre-defined email.
Each action taken on either purchaser or vendor account should be logged in the “activity log” that should be available on each client screen, enabling feedback if required.
