563568 PHPfox V1.6 Modification & Homepage Update

1) Correct Member Scrolling plug-in using Feature Members Only – place scrolling pictures below the main toolbar 2) Allow separate picture upload for events in calendar: [login to view URL] the uploaded picture should override the default picture currently displayed, which is the member-picture in UPCOMING EVENTS VISITOR section 3) Replace featured members section on the index page with featured directory [login to view URL] 4) Create a script that Deletes all current Members with a Type Classification of “VISITOR” along with all their associated data such as blogs, forum post, tags, etc. ( it should take into account not putting too much burden on the server at one time) 5) CC: Administrator on all outgoing auto system email from phpfox 6) Correct typo on index page, should read - UPCOMING EVENTS FOR VISITOR
