Option for customers to register with the site and make an order for a product.
The order of the product is then in a few stages.
1. Choose Product, and Product Variation.
2. Give details of Product Label.
3. Upload artwork for customer by Cooler Water Admin.
4. Customer sees artwork in user Area and can approve, leave comments.
5. Approve Costings for Creation/Print of product.
6. After approval notifications are sent to Water (or other product) manufacturer and sends off artwork (already uploaded) to get produced (usually these are two separate places).
7. Back End for Supplies to log in to update Delivery Times etc of Products.
8. Customer can log in at any time to see progress of the particular order.
9. Re-order at later stage (reprint in effect)
10. See past orders for customer.
11. Overall Admin for Coolerwater to change settings for customers.
12. All artwork stored online.
13. Invoices/Pro Formas/Reminders to be sent out via email from the online system.
