I need someone to help create and post negative feedback about hosting company. I'm planing to post it to 100 website.
Hosting company name is SoftLayer and The Planet. It is same company.
I was customer for this company more than 5 years for dedicated server. however, I got really hard time dealing with them. My bad experience is TRUE. I have right to tell other customer about my experience.
There is customer service but they don't listen customer at all. They will put their insistence for first priority. They don't listen and They don't care how customer feels from their service.
for example. They use only their ticket system for communicate with customer. They believe that ticket system is working fine but it not stable at all. I had difficulty using their ticket system viewing important message from them. I sent screen video capture and made phone calls about this. However,
They said "This is not our problem. We upgrade system and sent notice to customers. We submit ticket" .....
How do I know when I can't see the ticket itself? Also, What kind of customer going to visit their ticket system for checking their message? Email straight got the junk mail box.

I show this video to supervisor name Ms. Dona.
She said that "We have 22,000 customer" that means "You are wrong" to me. basically she insult customer.
I was asking asking around $700 refund which I'm not authorizing to charge my credit card. I have a reason to ask but they don't listen.
So, I decide post negative review for 100 website.
