411591 Fix to PHPList error

I am getting the following error:

"Database error 1146 while doing query Table 'myusername_plst01.phplist_user' doesn't exist"

Also 'myusername_plst01.phplist_attribute' and possibly others.

I recently upgraded the app, so perhaps it is related to that. All the old database information appears to be there but the application seems to be looking for it by a different name than what I see in the database.
