461279 Help with PhD Application Form Payment in Hong Kong

This is only for those who reside in Hong Kong. I need to pay for an application form for my brother's PhD programme in Hong Kong Polytechnic University located in Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. There are 2 options available: 1) Preferred Method is by e-banking transfer. You must have an account with Hang Seng Bank or HSBC Hong Kong for this. I will supply the instructions. 2) By raising a local bank draft in the sum of $US20 ($HK150) in favour of the university. I will pay $40 to cover the cost of getting the draft and your pay for this. If it costs extra in bank charges, I will defray this as well. I will escrow the amount to the selected programmer and he must do the e-transfer or get the bank draft and send me proof that it has been done. If you live in Mainland China and you speak English, you can also bid as there is an option for you guys too. Deadline is Monday (11.59 pm Hong Kong time). If the selected programmer is unable to deliver by that time, I will cancel the project and he must return the escrow funds. This is urgent and I will select the bidder in 3 hours if I see a satisfactory one. Thanks everyone.
