I have a website called [url removed, login to view] need some fixing. the website is a job posting website. you post a job and it shows in the front end but everytime someone post a job it shows up at the buttom instead of the top the the first job posting is always in the front page. I would like this fixed I would like the newest jobs to show up on top and the oldest to show in the bottem and go on to other pages if it has too.
