523112 Payment Gateway Intergration

We are integrating a payment gateway (NBK) into our (2)two websites.

I have sample codes for:

1) send credit card details to NBK Check out Page

2) NBK's PIN verification Page Check Out Page.

I am not sure how to create/add pages using the sample codes NBK has given.

Would like your help in this matter.
