POC: Text extraction from PDF

A quick Proof of Concept needs to be created.

- Upload PDF (attached sample [login to view URL])

- Extract text from the PDF (no OCR required, the fonts and text are embedded)

- Display text in a table (Eg.

With the column head and data below it. In the above example, Bordereau nº, Nº SIRET, NOM and Adresse would be headings. And the rest of the content would be the data below it.
