Problem with form - results sending gobbledy gook

Telephone: ByxyrdGHAEoKUGVs The above is what appears on SOME form results. Some sort of cryptic characters appear. This does not appear on all form results - but on several the phone number becomes like this. If you setup the form you will get the telephone number appearing ok - we cant seem to replicate the error but every so often we receive the above with the telephone number. It is becoming more regular. You need to look at the code and figure out where this is going wrong - and be almost certain of it and provide an explanation as this is not really something we can test straight away. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
