Webpage embedded Chat

I am basically making a clone of [login to view URL] **What you need to do is:** I need a Web enabled chat program easily embeddable on any Web Page. **What we can handle is: **We can develop the desktop application that would recieve packets from your chat application and then route it to an another application. **What we need to discuss: **- The language in which you would code. - How the server application would know that this packet is meant for which computer. Thats ALL! WHat I need is only a Web based chat. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform I want the cript that in embeddable on any webpage and can be opened by any DAMM system.
