I manage all of our quotes inside Salesforce and each finalized quote is generated as a PDF. I now need a streamlined workflow—built directly in Salesforce—that will read that PDF quote, lift the exact products and their prices, and push them into our proposal document. Key behaviours I’m after: • The proposal must display every product that appears on the quote, with identical pricing. • If a product does not exist on the quote, it should automatically disappear from the proposal so the two files always match. Hello, I can help build a Salesforce-based automation workflow that syncs your finalized quote PDFs directly with proposal documents while keeping products and pricing perfectly aligned. I have experience working with Salesforce automation, document workflows, PDF data extraction, and proposal generation processes. The workflow will automatically read quote details, populate matching products and prices into the proposal, and remove any items that are no longer included so both documents always stay synchronized. I can also implement this using a Claude cowork/workflow integration if required for intelligent PDF parsing and automation handling. The solution will be designed for reliability, scalability, and ease of use within your existing Salesforce environment. Budget and timeline can be discussed further based on your current Salesforce setup and proposal generation process. Warm regards, Harpreet Singh

Hi! I can help you with automating the quote to proposal sync in Salesforce using Claude as part of the workflow. The idea of parsing the finalized PDF, extracting products and pricing, then pushing that into your proposal template is a solid use case for combining Salesforce automation with Claude's document reading capabilities. Products not on the quote simply won't make it into the proposal so they always stay in sync. I'm Edward, 10+ years building integrations and automation workflows. Let me know if you want to discuss the approach.

We can build this directly inside Salesforce using Flow/Apex + PDF parsing workflow (including Claude/Copilot-style automation if needed). Your budget is low for a robust PDF extraction workflow. Realistic estimate: $250–$400, 2–4 days depending on PDF consistency. If quote PDFs are standardized, we can reliably extract products/pricing and dynamically generate synced proposal content where removed products automatically disappear. We’ve handled similar quote-to-document automation and document intelligence workflows. One key question: Are the quote PDFs generated from Salesforce CPQ/standard templates with a fixed structure, or do layouts vary significantly?

This is very achievable inside Salesforce without building an overly complex AI system. I’ve implemented similar document automation flows where quote PDFs are parsed, mapped against Salesforce products/pricing, and synced dynamically into proposal templates so sales teams never maintain two versions manually. For a Claude cowork workflow, I’d likely use Salesforce Flow/Apex + PDF extraction + structured product mapping logic, then generate/update the proposal document automatically. The important part is enforcing “quote as source of truth” so removed products disappear automatically and pricing always stays aligned. Your current budget is low for a production-grade automation flow, but a focused MVP can likely be done in 3–5 days depending on the current proposal generation setup.

I can automate the flow between your finalized Salesforce quote PDFs and your proposal workflow so you’re not manually moving documents around. This will keep Salesforce as your single source of truth while ensuring every approved quote is instantly usable in your proposal process. I’ve implemented similar automations for teams managing quotes, contracts, and renewals in Salesforce, including PDF generation, file storage, and syncing to external tools like proposal platforms or shared drives. This reduces manual steps, version confusion, and delays in getting documents out. My approach would be to hook into your quote finalization event in Salesforce, automatically generate or capture the PDF, apply a clear naming and folder structure, and sync it to your chosen destination with any key metadata (account, amount, status) preserved. Quick question before I suggest an approach: Are you currently using any external proposal tool, or are proposals handled entirely within Salesforce and email?

Hi, this fits my automation/document workflow work well. The real goal here is keeping the Salesforce quote and proposal perfectly in sync, so nobody has to manually copy products/prices or worry about old items staying in the proposal. I’d start by reviewing the quote PDF format and the proposal template, then build a Salesforce-based flow that extracts the product rows/prices, maps them cleanly, and regenerates or updates the proposal from that source data. The main risk is PDF layout changes or product-name mismatches, so I’d avoid that with structured extraction, validation checks, and clear handling for missing/removed products before anything is pushed into the proposal. I’ve worked on document automation where PDF line items needed to be pulled into a usable workflow; the reliable approach was not just “read the PDF,” but validate each extracted item before writing it forward. Happy to help make this clean and dependable. Thanks!

Hi, You need a reliable, automated bridge between your Salesforce PDF quotes and final proposals to eliminate manual data entry and ensure 100% pricing accuracy across your documents. I will implement this using Salesforce Flow combined with Apex triggers to parse the quote data dynamically. I’ll ensure the proposal logic automatically filters out non-quoted line items, creating a perfectly synced, "zero-manual-work" generation process that keeps your records consistent. I have over 8 years of experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer, specializing in building custom automation layers and robust data-driven architectures for business scaling. As a professional bonus, I will include a validation check to alert your team immediately if a PDF fails to sync due to missing product codes or price mismatches. What specific document generation tool (like Conga, DocuSign, or native Salesforce) are you currently using for your proposal templates? https://www.freelancer.com.bd/u/mhmamun360 Best regards, Md Mamun Hossain

Hello, I have experience with Salesforce, particularly in automating PDF data extraction and integrating it into document workflows. I can build a streamlined process that reads your PDF quotes, extracts product information and pricing, and populates your proposal document accordingly. For instance, I can implement an Apex class to read PDFs and a Visualforce page to dynamically update proposals, ensuring only relevant products are displayed. This will maintain alignment between the quotes and proposals. Let's discuss!

The challenge of ensuring your proposal documents reflect the exact products and pricing from finalized Salesforce quotes can be efficiently addressed through automated API integration. By leveraging Salesforce's API capabilities, I will develop a workflow that reads the finalized PDF quotes, extracts the necessary product details, and seamlessly integrates this data into your proposal document. This solution will ensure that only matching products are included while removing any discrepancies, thereby eliminating manual errors. The initial deliverable can be ready in 10 days. What does success look like for you at the end of this project?

The PDF sync piece is where this usually breaks down. I can hook into Salesforce's quote status events via API, then use Claude to process or enrich the proposal content before routing the final PDF wherever it needs to go. Built in PHP, the whole flow runs automatically the moment a quote is finalized. The bid is a starting point based on the description. Can start today and have a working version in 3 days. Hello, I can help build the Salesforce quote PDF to proposal workflow using Salesforce CPQ, Lightning, automation, and Claude/Claude Code where useful. I have experience with backend automation, API workflows, document generation, and AI-assisted extraction flows. For this, I’d first confirm whether the product data can be pulled directly from Salesforce quote line items instead of parsing the PDF, since that will be much more reliable and keep pricing exact. I’ll design the workflow so every finalized quote drives the proposal content automatically. Products and prices will sync from the quote, and any product removed from the quote will disappear from the proposal on regeneration. If PDF parsing is truly required, I can use Claude to extract structured product data and validate it against Salesforce records before updating the proposal. I’m ready to start. Could you share how the current proposal document is generated and whether the quote line items are available in Salesforce CPQ? Best, Smit

Hi, I can automate your Salesforce quote → proposal sync so both documents always match perfectly. I’ve built document automation workflows in Salesforce with PDF parsing and structured data mapping. Approach: Flow • Trigger on finalized quote (PDF generated) • Extract products + pricing from PDF (parser or structured source if available) • Sync data into proposal template Data logic • Only include products present in the quote • Auto-remove missing items from proposal • Ensure exact price matching (no recalculation errors) Implementation • Prefer direct Salesforce data (QuoteLineItems) over PDF when possible (more reliable) • If PDF-only → use parsing layer (OCR if needed) • Map fields to proposal dynamically Claude workflow • Use Claude for formatting/validation if required • Ensure no hallucinated data—strict source-based output Automation • Flow / Apex trigger • Regenerate proposal on updates • Version-safe and repeatable Deliverables • Fully automated sync flow • Clean mapping logic • Setup guide + walkthrough Timeline • 2–3 days Goal: zero manual work with perfectly aligned quote and proposal every time.
