We need a hotel communication system that unifies all guest messages into a single hub. The main task is to automate replies and seamlessly involve a manager when necessary. The system should use MySQL or PostgreSQL to store the FAQ database, guest profiles, and full message history. When a new message arrives, the bot checks the FAQ: if a relevant answer exists, it sends it to the guest; if not, the bot automatically creates a dedicated Telegram group, adds the hotel’s main manager, and posts the guest’s profile, conversation history, and the unanswered question. The manager responds in the group, and the bot forwards the reply to the guest. The system should be able to save new answers back into the FAQ. The platform must receive messages from Instagram Direct, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. It is important that the system also processes booking notifications from services like Booking and Agoda that arrive via email. All communication channels should be combined into one central interface so managers can handle all guest requests from a single place. We are considering building the system using n8n. Since it will be used outside Russia, please avoid any Russian services or nodes. Additionally, we want automatic translation: guests may write in any language, messages are translated into English, and the final version for the staff is provided in Khmer. Translation should be powered by a neural network. The FAQ search must work not only by keywords but also semantically, so the bot can understand rephrased questions.
