Hello I am Windows Desktop application developer with 25 years of experience. I have experience with SOAP/WSDL and I have experience with using client certificate from PFX file for HTTPS connections. Other items, like processing text and CSV seems as piece of cake. I would prefer to use C# for this project, although I can use Python or Java too
