Windows Driver Developer needed -- 2

We are looking for an experienced Windows developer to research and implement a solution related to low-level input handling and Windows system behavior. The project involves investigating how Windows processes certain input events, identifying limitations, and building a reliable technical solution. This is a system-level engineering task and not a UI-focused project. Work will be completed in two phases. The first phase focuses on research, reproduction of the issue, and a working proof of concept. The second phase focuses on refining the implementation and delivering clean, production-ready code.
