Batch/Cycle System: Implement countdown timers and progress bars on product pages for "Weekly Delivery Cycles". Automation: Map 4-stage automated email triggers (SMTP) to order status changes. Vendor Compliance: Integrate ApproveMe for mandatory E-signatures before product upload. AI Training: Deploy and train the Tidio knowledge base with our provided logistics data. Geofencing: Restrict checkouts to UK, Ireland, and Nigeria; set up waitlist pop-ups for other regions. DEFINITION OF DONE (PAYMENT MILESTONES) Payment will be released upon successful testing of these 4 milestones: Milestone 1: Split-payment verification (Paystack shows correct 10/90 distribution). Milestone 2: Vendor "Gatekeeper" active (No signature = No product upload). Milestone 3: Full 4-stage automated email flow verified in inbox. Milestone 4: Batch timers and Tidio AI bot fully operational. IDEAL CANDIDATE Proven experience with WCFM Ultimate and Paystack/Flutterwave splits. Expertise in WooCommerce custom status hooks and SMTP configuration. High attention to detail regarding mobile UI for vendor dashboards.
