EMR-Jitsi Telehealth Integration

I need an engineer who can weave Jitsi Meet directly into my existing EMR so a provider can launch—or a patient can join—a video visit with a single click from inside the chart. The integration must respect HIPAA, GDPR and any other applicable privacy rules, logging only what is absolutely necessary and encrypting everything else end-to-end. Both healthcare providers and patients will rely on the feature every day, so speed and reliability matter as much as security. In addition to core video calls, I’m open to adding screen-sharing or call recording if you can implement them without compromising compliance; please outline how you would handle storage and consent for those options.
