Overview RESolution is an all-in-one real estate platform that brings together lifestyle-based property search, matchmaking between real estate participants, and a referral rewards system. The MVP focuses only on the core, user-facing product features needed to validate the concept. This will be developed with no code on Bubble. MVP Core Features 1. REnest – Lifestyle Property Search • Weighted Search: Users set importance levels for factors like price, commute, safety, and amenities. • Lifestyle Filters: Search by nearby amenities (restaurants, gyms, schools, parks, etc.). • Neighborhood Match Scoring: Compare ZIP codes based on lifestyle and preference match. 2. REmatch – Real Estate Matchmaking • Matching Algorithm: Suggest people or properties based on roles, preferences, and compatibility scores. • RESwipe: Swipe interface for properties or connections. • REServe: Save a person or property match for future action. 3. REfer – Referral Rewards • Tracking System: Monitor referrals via unique codes or invite links. • Reward Display: Show referral counts and tiers in user dashboard. • Basic Incentives: Points or credits in the MVP (more advanced gamification later). 4. RESume (Lite) – Role-Based Dashboard • Role selection at signup: Buyer, Seller, Renter, Landlord, Agent, Broker, Investor, Vendor/Service Provider, Other. • Manage saved matches, searches, and referral progress in one dashboard.
