Workflow Automation Specialist

Hi all, I’d like to give you a clearer picture of how I work and what I’m looking for in a collaborator. With the AI and engineering tools we’re using, our execution speed is extremely fast. Work that used to take days or even weeks can now be turned into a solid proof of concept within just a few focused hours. Because of that, it naturally changes the way collaboration needs to happen. I’m not looking for a traditional asynchronous workflow with occasional updates. I’m looking for someone who can work closely with me in a high-touch, real-time environment, where communication is active, continuous, and genuinely part of the process as we move quickly through ideas and challenges. What that typically looks like: We’re actively building and iterating together, often in real time Ideas can become working prototypes within hours, not days Updates aren’t just status reports — they’re part of the actual workflow I’m specifically looking for someone on an hourly basis who: Is comfortable moving quickly and adapting as things evolve Communicates clearly and proactively without needing to be prompted Enjoys being deeply involved in problem-solving, not just completing assigned tasks This style of work won’t be for everyone, but for the right person, it can be a highly impactful and rewarding way to collaborate. You don’t need MeetKiwi experience specifically, but you should be able to ramp quickly. How we’ll work I’ll bring specific automation opportunities.
