I’m building a Python / TypeScript research bot and need genuine Chainlink oracle prices—not the LINK token price. The goal is to pull one-minute historical candles and also keep a live feed of BTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD and, if available, XRP/USD. The work is split into three parts: 1. Pin down the right Chainlink product • Confirm whether the Chainlink Data Streams Candlestick API or the Data Streams SDK for signed, low-latency reports is the correct door to knock on. • Explain symbol coverage, look-back depth, typical latency, rate limits and any pricing tiers or quotas. 2. Secure access • Guide me through the paperwork or dashboards needed to obtain credentials or whitelist my IP. • Verify authentication with a quick test call. 3. Provide a runnable demo • Language: either Python or TypeScript (your choice, cleanly documented). • Historic pull: download one-minute candles for BTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD (CSV output is mandatory). • Live stream: open a real-time Chainlink websocket/API connection that continually emits the latest price; expose the current tick on localhost or log to console and append to the CSV. • Code should be lightweight, use standard open-source libraries, and include clear setup instructions. Acceptance criteria • Script runs end-to-end on my machine with no manual edits. • CSV file contains at least 24 hours of one-minute candles per symbol. • Live feed shows updates with latency consistent with the product spec. • Read-me lists any environment variables or configuration values. If you can also demonstrate XRP/USD support, that’s a bonus.
