I need help turning my WhatsApp account into a reliable, desktop-only customer-support channel. The priority is real-time live chat, not chatbots or template replies. I already use WhatsApp on mobile, but for this project the full experience—from message notifications to agent responses—must work smoothly on Windows and macOS desktops. Key outcomes I am looking for: • A setup or integration (API, WhatsApp Business, or approved third-party tool) that allows multiple agents to handle live chats from their computers. • Clear instructions—or, ideally, a small knowledge-base document—showing how new agents can be added or removed without breaking the connection. • Basic analytics or conversation logs stored locally or in a secure cloud folder so we can review response times later. I will provide the active WhatsApp Business number and any required Facebook Business verification details once we start. The job is finished when I can open my laptop, see incoming messages instantly, reply in real time, and know everything is syncing correctly with the phone.
