saw it's built on rork, so the first step is getting the proper ipa and aab exports ready before submission. apple review takes 1 to 3 days, google is usually under 24 hours. i can handle the store listings, screenshots, metadata and submit to both stores today. do you already have an apple developer account and google play console set up, or do you need help getting those created too?
