Hi, I have some apps that I've uploaded to the Play Store, I can help you with that without any problems. I know how frustrating this issue can be. The process is simple, though not very quick. You'll upload a version, add those 14 people for testing. Since I've already gone through this process with several apps, I have a network of contacts that I can use to gather the necessary testers. After that, if you use AdMob, you'll have to save a new version with the modifications and the correct IDs before publishing. There may be a need for more testing days. For example, I had an app that's now in its third 14-day testing period; most apps only went through this 14-day process once.
