B2B Appointment Setter – Australian Clients | Bed Linen & Home Textiles Job Description We are a home textiles export company specializing in premium bed linen, cushions, and throws, serving clients in Australia. We are looking for a B2B Appointment Setter to nurture existing leads and schedule meetings with Australian retailers, importers, and hospitality buyers. Important: No lead research is required. Leads will be provided. Your main responsibility is to communicate professionally, follow up, and schedule appointments. This is a long-term role with stable pay and clear responsibilities. Responsibilities Nurture pre-qualified Australian leads provided by us Communicate with clients via email, phone, or video calls Explain our bed linen & home textile products in a professional manner Schedule B2B appointments / calls with decision-makers Maintain accurate follow-up records and provide feedback on client interactions Performance bonuses may be added in future based on results Requirements Proven experience in B2B appointment setting / client follow-up Strong communication & negotiation skills Ability to interact professionally with Australian business clients Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and achieving targets Ideal Candidate Experienced in sales support or client handling Familiar with home textiles or related industries (preferred, but not mandatory) Able to build rapport, follow scripts, and schedule meetings efficiently
