We are hiring an experienced telecaller for, a home collection diagnostic lab operating across multiple cities in North India. Your primary responsibility will be to call the leads provided by us, explain our health checkup packages, answer basic queries, and convert interested prospects into confirmed appointments. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads. Explain our diagnostic packages and offers. Handle objections and close sales over the phone. Schedule appointments for home sample collection. Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions. Update call status after every interaction. Requirements Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus). Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting. Confident in converting leads over the phone. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Professional and target-oriented attitude. Compensation Fixed monthly payment.
