I have a list of pre-qualified contacts who have already shown some interest in healthcare technology. Your task is to call each lead, give a concise introduction to our company and the specific healthcare tech opportunity we represent, handle their initial questions, and—most importantly—book a discovery meeting for them with one of our senior team members. You will receive: • A calling script with the essential talking points about the solution and its value proposition. • A spreadsheet/CRM login with the leads, their phone numbers, time-zone information, and a simple status field for each call outcome. What I need from you: • Place outbound calls during the lead’s local business hours. • Keep the conversation professional yet engaging, confirming the prospect’s level of interest and availability. • Secure a calendar slot for qualified prospects with our senior staff (I will share the booking link or calendar access). • Record every call result—including no-answers, callbacks, and successful bookings—directly in the provided sheet or CRM. Preferred background: someone who has already talked to doctors, clinic managers, or other healthcare professionals and feels comfortable with industry terminology. Strong, confident phone communication is a must. Once the first batch is complete, we will review conversion ratios and, if all looks good, continue on a rolling basis.
