Help me please to realize the project (Russian language course for foreigners)

Good afternoon! My name is Evgenia, I am a native Russian speaker and a professional teacher for foreigners. For the last two years I have been collaborating with universities (preparatory department for the preparation of foreigners living and studying in Russia.) Now I want to independently, as a teacher, implement my Russian language course for foreigners, taking into account all the mistakes that I saw while working at the university. I need a reliable person who I can trust with my plan to find students in Egypt (guys who want to learn Russian for study in Russia). I have a few ideas on how to do this (I'm also open to your suggestions). I want to gather a group of guys from about 8-12 people. A person must understand and speak English (to communicate with me) and, of course, know Arabic, be confident in communicating with people, be able to negotiate and convince.
