German to Arabic transcription work

Dear Freelancers,
I have a large upcoming project for German to Arabic transcription. Our first preference is someone who can transcribe direct German to Arabic (and not via English). If there is a shortage of direct transcribers, then we might consider getting two transcribers (German to English and English to Arabic). Please provide me your best quote for 10 hours audio/ video. We are looking for 3 transcribers who offer us the lowest quote.
