I need detailed plans for a walk-out basement (A modular will be placed on top of the basement.) The entire basement should be addressed. We have drawn the desired configuration and just need plans to CO specs. Requirements: - 10-foot walls - Use of ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) blocks Ideal Skills and Experience: - Structural engineering expertise - Experience with ICF construction - Knowledge of residential building codes and regulations - CAD software proficiency Please provide samples of similar work.

Dear Client, I am senior Structural engineer with 15 years of experience in structural analysis and design. I have experience in building design in Colorado state and Denver city . I completed some projects there with stamped calculations. I read your description of the projects and J can projects the required plans with Colorado stamping. I can share the examples I made before. I also have experience with ICF walls and how to design and select the appropriate thickness of the walls.
