Florida Engineer for Modular Classroom Conversion

I've purchased a used modular classroom 36'x24' in North Florida, manufactured in 2006. I plan to convert the building into a dwelling. I've also managed to obtain the original drawings for the building. The Engineer on the drawing has not practiced since 2009. I need to have the foundation plan restamped in order to submit same with my Building Permit application. There are also some other requirements concerning converting the building from Educational use to Residential use such as increasing the Insulation, adding a Kitchen and Shower, etc. I'm looking for a Florida Licenced Engineer to restamp the foundation plan first, and then if that's good, to continue on and create the other necessary drawings. After the foundation plan has been restamped and the Palatka plans examiner says it's good, you will be paid. If you do the plans for the renovation, and the plans examiner is happy, you will be paid. I would like to have the entire drawing component completed before April if possible, but that's not a deal breaker. I don't have clear plans or strict requirements for the Kitchen or Shower components, but want to keep costs as low as possible, get the project completed ASAP, and get the Certificate of Occupation, ASAP.
