For each home I’ll provide the site survey, budget parameters, and lifestyle requirements; your role is to turn those into complete architectural packages—from early concept through permit-ready drawings—while navigating local codes and practical build considerations. We’ll work entirely in digital formats, so fluency with Revit or AutoCAD, plus the ability to share models via BIM 360 or clean DWG exchanges, is essential. I value clear communication and quick video check-ins at key milestones to keep the schedule tight. Deliverables for each assignment: • Concept sketches or massing studies • Refined floor plans, elevations, and sections in CAD/Revit • Printable PDF drawing set ready for permit submission • Native project files (RVT/DWG) and any supporting 3D assets If your portfolio showcases single-family or multi-family residential work, please include links along with your typical turnaround times.
