We are seeking a skilled architect to design a 16-unit, 55+ condominium complex. The buildings should embody contemporary architecture and maximize distant mountain views. Key project features: - Six buildings surrounding a central pool. - Clubhouse with: - Lounge area - Fitness room with space for group classes - Putting green - All structures should have contemporary and traditional architecture and highlight distant mountain views with wide floor to ceiling large windows on one side to view scenery with a larger balcony or patio. The buildings will be 2 story with parking underneath servicing 2 buildings for cost effectiveness. Each unit will be a flat on one floor. There will be 1 elevator in each building. To be built development is in Goshen, NY Ideal skills and experience: - Expertise in traditional architectural design - Experience with residential and recreational facilities - Strong landscape integration skills
