Your Javatrip project sounds familiar - I built something similar for a school fundraising group in the UK where kids had their own seller pages and parents could track what was sold. The personal webshop links are pretty easy to set up. Each seller gets their own page with a unique URL or QR code they can share. When someone buys through their link, it ties back to that specific seller so you can see who sold what. The role system you mentioned is straightforward. Admins see everything, team leaders see their own team's numbers, and sellers just see their own sales. I'd probably use something like Node.js for the backend and React for the front end, with PostgreSQL to store everything. Keeps it simple and easy to add stuff later. For the pick lists and order tracking, I'm guessing you need to see what products were ordered across all sellers so you know what to buy or pack, right? That's just pulling the data and grouping it by product instead of by seller. I'm thinking this would take about 6 weeks to build properly.
