Hola, Necesitas preparar un modelo energético en CYPETHERM HE Plus a partir del IFC y la documentación del proyecto, definiendo correctamente las viviendas, zonas comunes, sótano, envolvente, instalaciones, ventilación y fotovoltaica para posteriormente obtener HE0, HE1 y el certificado energético. Puedo trabajar directamente con el IFC y la documentación proporcionada, configurar los dos tipos de vivienda y preparar un primer avance funcional antes del lunes para que puedas revisarlo antes de continuar con el modelo completo. Una pregunta rápida: ¿el IFC ya está correctamente coordinado con los planos y contiene la información necesaria de superficies, cerramientos y huecos?

Hola, revisé el proyecto y el principal desafío es convertir correctamente el IFC y la documentación disponible en un modelo energético coherente en CYPETHERM HE Plus, manteniendo una configuración consistente para las dos tipologías de vivienda y las zonas comunes. Trabajaría la definición geométrica, envolvente, huecos, climatización, ACS, ventilación con recuperación y fotovoltaica de forma coordinada, realizando las comprobaciones necesarias para que HE0, HE1 y el certificado energético sean consistentes con el modelo.
