Portugal Architecture Collaboration Vision

I’m at the idea stage of a new build and want to partner with an architecture studio located in Portugal to turn early thoughts into a compelling, location-specific concept. What I need right now is guidance and vision rather than full construction drawings: preliminary site insight (local regulations, climate, and materials), high-level sketches or massing studies, and a concise roadmap that shows the next approvals and design milestones. If you regularly deal with Portuguese planning authorities and can present concepts clearly in Portuguese or English, you’re the right fit. The immediate deliverable is a concept package that includes: • 3 alternative volumetric or massing studies with basic material palettes • A mood board capturing local context and architectural intent • A brief (2-3 pages) outlining permitting steps, estimated timelines, and indicative costs Should this first phase go smoothly, I’m open to expanding our collaboration into full design development.
