ESP8266 e-Paper

I'm a private user with some difficulties. :-) I would like to install some e-paper displays around my home, connected to the smarthome system and showing time, weather, calendar, temperature etc., each different.

I would like to use the Waveshare ESP8266 e-Paper dirver board ([login to view URL]), connected to different size and type of Waveshare e-Paper displays for this task.

The code should:

- be reusable

- handle all size of e-Paper displays

- have WiFi connection to my network

- be able to download an image provided by a local PHP site and show that image on the display (necessary conversion should be included; image is not to be stored on the board)

- be able to show text, graphic (e.g. lines) and icons with partial prompt refresh (framework for this is needed, actual text and graphic will be inserted by myself, icons should be downloaded from my network).
