needed to update/fix "TVout" library for use on STM32F030

I would like to get the TVout library to work for STM32F030.
(with the Arduino IDE, preferably using the stm32duino boards manager

I tried converting the ATMEGA library to STM but I wasn't able to make any progress (I'm a mechanical engineer, updating that lib was well beyond my capabilities)
I also tried one from "[login to view URL]"
but was not able to get it to work/ it comes up with warnings/errors (some listed below).
