On-hold telephone messaging 5. using On-line appointment scheduling 6. Brochure, stationare, business card design/development 7. "Selling" yourself as an expert (ie importance of words used in your advertising, web-site) 8. Networking tricks (especially for those who don't like to network or attend artificial networking meetings) 9. What your office decor/design/cleanliness/clutter says about you (& your business) 10. Methods to market on a shoe-string budget. 11. Best marketing practices. Following articles can be briefer (250-400 words) B. 3 (three) articles on HIPAA compliance (w/new confidentiality rules in medical/mental health care records). (We'll also include link to HIPAA site [url removed, login to view] so readers have more info after reading article) C. 3 (three) articles on ethical business practices. D. 3 (three) articles on managing your business without it managing you (being able to deal with stress, not over-working for self-employed, taking care of yourself, etc.) E. 3 (three) articles on ways to attract and retain customers. F. 3 (three) articles: Tax or finacial info (such as preparing for taxes, financial planning tips, deductions to discuss w/your financial advisor, dates to pay self-employment taxes, info about IRS & links to their site for forms/info, etc.) Do not use copyrighted material (unless it's your own copyrighted material that you've given us permission to use). Please bid on this newsletter project only if you are able to show samples of work, able to deliver articles on-time (3 weeks or less for total project) and have top-notch writing skills. Your writing will be a reflection of our company.
