I’m putting together a series of articles aimed squarely at college and university students who want to feel confident walking into internship and graduate-level job interviews. The pieces need to speak their language, recognise the pressure they’re under, and give them practical steps they can act on immediately—without sounding like a textbook. Here’s what I’m after: • A run of well-researched, conversational blog posts that dig into interview preparation specifically—think behavioural questions, virtual interview etiquette, and building daily habits that keep nerves in check. • Each article should weave in the broader themes my readers care about: staying consistent with practice, bouncing back from academic setbacks, and balancing coursework with career planning. • Clear, actionable takeaways students can implement the same day (checklists, sample answers, reflection prompts). • Tone: friendly but authoritative, relatable stories over dry theory. • Length: 800–1,200 words is the sweet spot, formatted for easy scanning (sub-headings, short paragraphs). • Optimised for search without keyword stuffing so the posts reach the right eyes on campus career-centre blogs and social feeds. Acceptance criteria - Facts and statistics cited from reputable, up-to-date sources - Zero plagiarism; original examples tailored to Gen-Z job seekers - Delivered as editable Google Docs, ready for quick CMS upload - First draft within one week of hire; revisions turned around in 48 hours If you’ve coached students, sat on hiring panels, or just love translating complex career advice into clear, engaging writing, you’ll be a great fit. Share a link to one relevant sample and a brief note on how you’d structure the first article, and let’s help students walk into their interviews prepared and confident.

Interview prep pieces for students fall apart on the result half of a behavioural answer, because a nineteen year old has no revenue number to point at and the usual advice tells them to quantify their impact, so they'll either invent something or trail off mid sentence. What works is scoping the result down to what they actually controlled, the tutoring group went from four people to eleven and two of them retook the exam, which is real and checkable and sounds like a person talking. I teach high school and I've sat across from students practicing this, and I wrote five courses of my own, so the sample answers will read the way students actually speak. For search I would build each post around one question a student would really type, what to say when you have no experience, and put the usable answer in the first screen with the story underneath, because the checklist is the part that gets saved and passed around a campus career blog. One thing to be clear on, I write the articles and I don't write anything a student hands in for a grade. How many posts a week are you publishing, and do you want one house voice across the series or mine on each piece?
