Working on a university project at the moment and need to know the basics of tabletting. For example: Ingredients: Ratio of Disintegrant, Binder, Active Ingredient, Filler, Lubricant. - Need to know approx ratio that each material will go into and also the reason why. For example if i need disintegration time of 10 mins, hardness 10kg, dissolution of 85% in 30 mins, then how much of each do i add and why? Also need to know what the following equipment does: ** Dissoltion Tester ** Disintergration Tester, ** Abrasion/Friability Tester ** Hardness Tester Need the information today!
