High Quality Web Content - CANADIAN English

I've got a requirement for a copywriter to help on a website project. The finished copy must be suitable for web content with subtle and comfortable use of keywords throughout the pages.
We'll be preparing approximately 12 separate pages specific to the business (full brief and details provided to chosen bidder) that will range from about 150 words up to 500 or so. (I want to avoid going over 500 words in all cases, this is a small services business website and we need it to be friendly and snappy, not drawn out)
In all, a couple requirements that are very important to me on this project, and I will need some demonstration of in your bids:
1. Creative, succinct, high quality copywriting talent. I'm NOT looking for low quality "by the word" content writing. I need someone who has written web copy in the past and who can demonstrate that talent through previous examples of finished work.
2. Ability to write for a specific business. This should be a given for a professional writer in my mind, but I just want to be sure that whoever works on this will have the ability to understand the business in a basic way and look to write content specific to the audience that is professional and targeted, etc.
3. The ability to start fairly immediately.
