Write exercises to increase muscles and toning

Hello, I need a person who represents me with text and images every exercise can be done at home for muscles and toning.
As a material for your personal use, you can also find them on the internet and exercises with words and make them better explanation, can understand everything immediately without being read to them a lot time during the workout.
The exercises have to be invented to make them at home with other things in the house, just ask me first if I have in my house, available to my use: exercise bike, carpet, chair, bed, straight handlebars with one hand, straight handlebars with two hands.
At least 2-3 different exercises per type (15 types in total) and 3 images of representation for the type (possibly numbered) that represent the correct way to do the exercises.
Serve imagination and possibly even experience in this sector, are a total of at least 35-45 different exercises to show me around with text and images numbered (no other text in the image).
Required format: Work or PowerPoint, but will not having problems with layout during printing.
Language: English or preferably Italian
N.B. The winner of the Prepaid Stone will be the person that has been able to represent me in the best way the first type of exercise.
