Copywriter needed to edit existing website content and adapt it for a new location. Roughly 8000 words.

I have some websites for car rental agencies in the UK. The company is expanding to new locations, and I need the copy to be rewritten - I'd basically like a new version of the website template. For example, change the Edinburgh site content into a Manchester site, with new location-specific information.
Requirements:
The content needs to pass copyscape. I'm looking for similarly phrased, not the same website.
You need to have HTML skills, and you'll be editing the PHP files directly, not in a word doc.
You need to be a talented copywriter who can do a little research and modify a site for each city accordingly. I actually have three sites I need done, and I'm looking for one copywriter to handle that, no agencies.
Please place your bid for just one site, not all three. 8000 words, copyediting PHP files. What I'm looking for is a good WRITER, not a web developer - someone who has a way with words and good basic research skills.
