Develop WorkSafeBC Level S Course

I’m looking to have a full three-day WorkSafeBC Level S asbestos course built by someone who is physically located in Canada and already familiar with the existing two-day Alberta Asbestos Worker curriculum. My intent is to keep the Alberta backbone intact while expanding it to meet every WorkSafeBC competency and time requirement. Content format The finished package must include both polished PowerPoint decks and self-paced online modules. Within those, please weave together high-quality video lectures, clearly written reference material, and short interactive quizzes that reinforce learning after each major section. Core subject focus All Alberta topics stay, but the BC version must place explicit, up-to-date emphasis on: • health hazards and personal safety controls specific to asbestos work in BC, • step-by-step abatement procedures aligned with current WorkSafeBC guidelines, and • every piece of regulatory compliance that a Level S worker needs to demonstrate on the job. Deliverables (hand-off ready) • Detailed three-day agenda and timing breakdown • Slide decks (PowerPoint) with speaker notes • SCORM-compatible online modules or equivalent LMS-ready files • Embedded or linked video lectures (script + final MP4s) • Quiz bank with answer keys and pass thresholds • Instructor guide highlighting where the new BC content diverges or expands on Alberta material Acceptance criteria The material must be accurate to the latest WorkSafeBC OHS Regulation, reference all required forms, and clock in at a cumulative minimum of 24 instructional hours. Final files should be turnkey—ready for internal review and immediate classroom or online delivery.
