The reason for the second proposal is to provide you more information about my writing style, skills, and experience. The time invested to develop the proposal is not a waste of time; you present yourself in a reasonable manner.
My higher education training was in business administration and philosophy; I completed a bachelors degree in both disciplines. The diverse curriculum, combined with over fifteen years work experience, provided me a unique set of skills. One skill is to present complicated material into clear, concise written documents.
As mentioned in my first proposal, I am not familiar with online commercial printing. I am confident, however, your online commercial printing site will provide me the details to develop quality content. You do have full legal rights to all the content on your online commercial printing site, correct?
As also mentioned in my first proposal, a good [small] bid package is ideal for each of us to evaluate the possibility for future work [at a minimal, initial investment]. Perhaps you will present me your idea(s) for a first project (word count and price) if my new proposal still does not qualify?
My new proposal:

* Work completed in three days after the job is accepted.
* One revision of each completed article (if necessary)
