Click on ‘view all contacts'.
1) Display each contact on [url removed, login to view] in same format as picture 1 attached.
This means that each exisiting contact should be displayed as in picture 1.
And also when following links are clicked, each new contact should be displayed as in picture 1:
‘add contact'
‘add contact' link for Division heading
‘add contact' link for Business Line heading
‘add contact' link for Department heading.
Each contact should have 3 lines of space.
Job title 1-3 are displayed
Area of Finance 1-3 are displayed
Industry 1-3 are displayed
Region of Interest 1-3 are displayed
Management tick boxes Head, Deputy, Member are displayed (currently they appear when ‘edit' is clicked. Rename them as H, D, M, and position them as in picture 1)
Department tick boxes Head, Deputy, Chief Rep are displayed (currently they appear when ‘edit' is clicked. Rename them as H, D, CR, and position them as in picture 1)
Create new box: photo (this will be a normal box where text can be entered into it, position it as in picture 1)
Display Job title box under photo box (this is the job title box that is not a drop down box. It allows text to be typed in it, and can be viewed currently when ‘edit' is clicked).
When ‘edit' is clicked for any contact, change so that only these boxes appear:
Job Title 4
Area of Finance 4-10
Industry 4-10
Region of Interest 4-5
2) When mouse goes over ‘ADD CONTACT' at top of screen, following options appear:

7) If ‘Deputy Chief Executive Officer' option is ticked, a new contact is added with

13) move 'all' tick box up one line
14) position 'save' button to the right of 'all' tick box
15) position 'add division' to the left of 'all' tick box
16) Reduce width of division headings by 5cms.
17) Remove ‘add contact' link from division, business line and department headings
18) Position & make functional boxes in picture 2 to the right of all division, business line and department headings (where 'add contact' link used to be).
