Setup New Server

I am moving my websites from one dedicated server to another. I need you to setup a new server DNS, 5 websites, FTP access and email accounts for each domain. You will be able to access files on the existing server via ftp and access the new dedicated server via remote desktop connection.
Coldfusion expertise helpful, but not required. The sites are built in coldfusion, however coldfusion is already setup on the server.
I need someone who is an expert at setting up new accounts on new servers and can trouble shoot any situation.
Please provide a per hour or lump sum project bid and how quickly you would be available.
